It's Never 2 Late!

On October 19, 2011, Chester River Manor installed It's Never 2 Late (IN2L) computer programs for their resident and patients. IN2L addresses the need for individualized, accessible technology that enhances the qualities of life in senior communities. The program provides safe and easy Internet access and email, enriches communication with family and community members, enhances independence, and also increases cognitive stimulation.

The machine accommodates the patients in many ways. For example, a game called Happy Neuron is seen to work on executive functioning for the frontal lobes of the brain, and promotes a higher level of thinking. IN2L has been a great addition to the activities program and is an enriching experience for all the residents and patients at Chester River Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation!
