| Pediatrician Julio A. Ramirez, M.D. Opens Centreville Office with Hours to Suit Working Families |
Chestertown, MD�August 2, 2004� Julio A. Ramirez, M.D., a licensed pediatrician with 17 years of medical experience, with 9 years in pediatric medicine, has opened a new office at 218 Pennsylvania Avenue, in Centreville, Md. Dr. Ramirez is currently caring for infants, children and teens at his new location.
In addition to being the only pediatrician located in Centreville, Dr. Ramirez offers evening appointments�ideal for working moms and dads. The new Centreville office is designed with both separate sick-child and well-child waiting rooms and four patient exam rooms. Dr. Ramirez accepts most insurances.
Dr. Ramirez is assisted by Krissy McGinnis, a licensed emergency medical technician with experience in early childhood development. McGinnis worked as a firefighter and EMT with the Chestertown Volunteer Fire Company before joining Dr. Ramirez.
Dr. Ramirez will continue to maintain his Chestertown office at 6602 Church Hill Road, where he has been since 1999.
Fluent in Spanish and English, Dr. Ramirez received his medical degree from the Universidad de Evangelica de El Salvador, and performed his residency at the Children's Medical Center of Brooklyn, NY. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Maryland State Medical Society and the Kent County Medical Society.
