Chestertown, MD�June 17, 2004�Chester River Health System, which serves the residents of Kent and Queen Anne's counties, has launched a re-designed, patient-focused Internet website.  Community members can now access the new website at www.chesterriverhealth.org.

The newly re-designed site, created by Medisolv, a healthcare focused web design firm, gives patients, community members and physicians the ability to access up-to-date healthcare information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through a comprehensive healthcare information library.  In addition, the website offers information on the broad array of services available through Chester River Health System's three facilities, Chester River Hospital Center, Chester River Home Care & Hospice and Chester River Manor.

Local job seekers should also bookmark this site�Chester River Health System's Human Resources Department has created an online database of current job opportunities, giving job seekers the tools they need to search for jobs, find out more about a desired position and apply for the job online.

The new site also offers a �Physician Search� feature which enables individuals to search for physicians in their area by specialty or location.  In addition, website users are able to learn about and register for family health classes and support groups or volunteer opportunities available through Chester River Health System.
