Learn to Eat Healthy for Life

Is one of your New Year's resolutions going to be to eat healthier? Have you decided it is time to make positive changes that lead to better health?

If you need some help and guidance to turn those goals into reality, Kent & Queen Anne's Hospital is offering a six-week Eating Healthy for Life series beginning Monday, January 7 and ending February 11. The class will meet from noon to 1 p.m. in the Medical Services Building Conference Room.

Cheyrle Borneman and Mary Schmitt, both registered and licensed dietitians, will lead the sessions. Topics to be covered are healthy eating, goal setting and behavior modification, stress management, exercise, food shopping, cooking light and dining out. It is a program that will teach you how to eat healthy the rest of your life.

The cost of the six-week program is $30.00 and the class is limited to 20 people. To register or for more information call (410) 778-3300, extension 2320.
