Elegant New Orleans Style Dinner Dance to
Benefit Hospital Capital Campaign

“Laissez les bon temps rouler!” (Let the good times roll!) at the “Spring Gala 2003,” a black tie-costume dinner dance sponsored by the medical staff of Kent & Queen Anne’s Hospital. The Saturday evening fund raiser will be held March 1 at the Black Eyed Susan Restaurant in Chestertown. The local physicians have planned an evening that will top last year’s fabulous event.

The elegant affair will feature “The Larry Tucker Band,” a seven-piece rockin’ and rollin’ band which will play an eclectic, soulful blend of everyone’s dancing favorites. Guests are invited to dance until midnight.

A cocktail hour will begin at 7:00 p.m. with an open bar and hors d'oeuvres. The Black Eyed Susan Restaurant will serve an unforgettable dinner featuring grape wood-smoked Angus strip loin, jumbo Gulf shrimp etouffee; herb-marinated fresh artichoke; and ending with a sumptuous dessert selection.

Tickets are available at $200 per person or $1,600 for a table of eight. Seating is limited. For information call Jill Hessey, director of Medical Staff Services, at (410) 778-3300, ext. 4060. The deadline for ticket reservations is February 15. Proceeds will benefit the Raising the Standards of Excellence Campaign for Kent & Queen Anne’s Hospital.
